Repair Notice
This notice is provided, by the repairer, as required by the Australian Consumer Law regulations, effective for each and every repair commenced on or after 1 July 2011.
“Please be advised that during the process of a requested repair, some or all of your user-generated stored data may be lost.
Please ensure that you have saved this data elsewhere prior to the commencement of a repair.
Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.”
User-generated data is any data stored on devices, such as files generated through use of the device (such as files stored on a computer, laptop, netbook and server hard drives (whether internal or external), tablet PC’s or such other ‘smart’ device).
